An additional system feature is Management Mode, an independent tool for managing individual trainees or trainee groups.
Management Mode allows easy courses and workshops design and management, as well as tracking and assessing skills development. The system allows assigning new trainees, assessing their level, and tracking their learning curve, as well as creating custom tutorials from a set of modular tasks and cases.
The system provides a comprehensive set of performance parameters, allowing objective assessment of trainees' performance, and generating extensive statistics of an individual or a group performance, which can also be used for studies and future certification.
