In April 2002, Simbionix introduced the next generation of the GI Mentor™ simulator designed for medical experts and trainees. Our new simulator, the GI Mentor II™, has a new stream-lined platform. This new platform comprises redesign in hardware that includes a smaller, more versatile and mobile platform with better hardware stability and improved force-feedback mechanism. The GI Mentor Library of Modules is fully compatible with the original GI Mentor and the GI Mentor II™.

Both GI Mentor simulators are interactive computerized simulators that provide hands-on training in endoscopic procedures with true-to-life sensations during performance.

• Specially designed mannequin that switches easily between upper & lower GI positions
• Computer simulation program - both upper and lower endoscopic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
