Simbionix currently provides a library of 80 virtual patient cases in the form of 8 case modules with 10 virtual patients per module.
The cases reflect real-life situations encountered in a hospital environment. Each case includes a case history, and provides the trainee with the opportunity to practice diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that are appropriate for that case.

• A click of the mouse switches the simulator program between upper and lower GI.
  
  
• The Mentor Mannequin changes position easily for access to the upper or lower GI tract.
  
  
• The monitor screen looks just like that of a hospital procedure room.
  
  
• Realistic sensations mimic actual endoscopic examinations.
