As with the other simulators in Simbionix' line of medical training simulators, the PERC Mentor™ provides solutions for the management of trainees, courses and workshops. The following features are part of the simulator's management mode:

• Trainee file for each individual with personal details
  and records of each case performance.
• Grouping of trainees for purposes of organizing
  courses and workshops
• Ability to build tailor made tutorials employing instructional
  aids on specified cases and without aids on others
• Archiving of trainee files with the ability to retrieve files
  from the archive
• Preparation and assignment of exams

Trainee Evaluation:
This feature comprises a comprehensive list of parameters that provide important data for evaluation of trainee performance on any procedure. The following benefits are available with the simulator's trainee evaluation feature:

• Assessment of current ability as well as the degree of improvement over the course of training
• The trainee may review his performance, if saved, at a later time
• The instructor may review each of his trainee's performance
• The instructor can determine that a trainee must save a specified performance
• Performance feedback is immediate
• The Virtual Instructor feature provides warnings and directions
