Management of training for a single trainee, a group, a workshop or a course is facilitated through the URO Mentor™ Management Mode. You may assign trainees to a group, and build a training program for that group or for an individual trainee. Compare performances of a single trainee over time, or between trainees in the group. Find areas of weakness that require additional practice, and assign work to the appropriate trainee or group.
Creating tutorials, building a training program and giving an exam are accomplished efficiently, and the system allows you to save each item for subsequent use. The Export Data feature enables instructors to transfer information on trainee performances to a remote computer for future use in evaluation or group discussion.
