Rental Policies

  • Declining rate scale based on duration.
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly rates.
  • Single site installation.
  • Long term rental beyond 2 consecutive weeks require:
    • Factory trained, customer supplied support personnel.
    • Internet connectivity.
    • On site technical support, troubleshooting and repair services will be billed at standard rates, plus travel and repair parts.
  • Customer responsible for all damages.

System Rentals are scheduled based on availability and include

  1. Technical Support for Unpacking, Setup, Operational Training (Train the Trainer), Dismantle, and Packing.
  2. Preventive Maintenance and On-Site Technical Assistance.
  3. Freight Charges and Insurance within the continental United States.
